Agile Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile teams through all phases of project delivery: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed product backlogs and define clear sprint goals
• Remove impediments and foster a high-performance team environment
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
• Promote Agile best practices and coach teams on continuous improvement
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in an Agile environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects
