Senior Business Analyst

Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Luxembourg - 2 days per week

Employment: Contract/Freelance

For a Luxembourg based Insurance business, I am searching for a Senior Business Analyst on a long term freelance assignment. The ideal candidate would have strong knowledge within Insurance, specifically claims, contracts, life/health/group insurance, and familiarity within an agile way of working.

Required knowledge and experience:

• Previous experience in the Industry industry (Must have)
• Strong functional knowledge across multiple domains: claims, contracts, employee benefits, and health insurance
• Skilled in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
• Hands on experience with BPMN, UML, workflows and user stories
• Experience implementing and standardising methods of work (processes, documentation templates, collaboration tools)
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to identify opportunities for improvement across teams and workflows
