Do you love using your excellent coding skills to build scalable software and automation? Then we would like to welcome you as Site Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) to our international team in Munich!
Aufgaben
- You are part of our agile Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team and you focus on improving the instrumentation and reliability of our microservices
- You monitor availability and latency of services and troubleshoot incidents in a blameless culture
- You support other teams in learning how to build scalable software and how to operate their own services
- You take on diverse technical problems and work on tasks that enable you to continuously learn new things
- You help us securing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platform
- You are experienced in working with Cloud Providers (GCP, AWS), Microservices and Container Orchestration
- You have proficient coding skills in at least one or more programming languages (preferable Go or Java)
- You have a solid understanding of Linux system internals and computer networking
- You are a problem solver and challenge seeker
- You either hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering in a relevant technical field or have comparable knowledge
- You familiarize yourself with the EGYM ecosystem and the role of the different teams in the software engineering department
- You are comfortable working with our Infrastructure, Tools and Automation Workflow
- You provided guidance to other engineers and deliver feedback in a constructive manner
- You are able to support our team during incidents
- Use 10 % of your time on learning topics of your choice (conferences, hackathons, internal and external events, videos, books or innovation projects)
- Work with our modern tech-stack such as: Go, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, gRPC or PubSub.
