At Noltic, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Coordinator to support our project managers and teams working on Salesforce implementation and consulting projects. This role will primarily assist with coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and managing communication to ensure smooth project delivery.

What you will do

• Assist in managing time logs and ensuring timely submission according to project policies;
• Help prepare and update reports on project status and performance for internal review;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation related to Salesforce services;
• Escalate any issues or delays affecting project timelines to the relevant teams;
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and internal teams;
• Assist in monitoring project scope, workload balance, and customer satisfaction;
• Support basic budget tracking, invoicing, and revenue forecasting activities;
• Help with people management tasks such as organizing one-on-ones and tracking team availability.

We are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related support role;
• Basic understanding of project management practices, documentation, and workflows;
• Experience with modern project management methodologies;
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of the English language is higher.

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of German and/or Polish languages;
• Previous exposure to Salesforce projects or CRM environments.
