DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Python, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. You will play a critical role in automating infrastructure, optimizing deployment processes, and ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (or similar tools).
• Automate tasks and workflows using Python and shell scripting.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to support deployment and release processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and best practices.
• Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Proficiency with Terraform for IaC.
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Experience building and managing Jenkins pipelines.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Experience with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
• Exposure to configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
