Our client a reputable fund administration is currently hiring for a business analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and enhancement of business processes within their private assets domain. This role spans the full operational lifecycle – from investor registry through to regulatory reporting, including asset ownership and accounting.

You will play a key role in transforming business needs into clear, actionable requirements, identifying improvements in operational efficiency and control, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document private capital business processes, ensuring end-to-end clarity from investor onboarding to regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders across locations to gather, challenge, and validate requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Identify and propose operational enhancements and control improvements across business processes.
• Define mappings and business rules to bridge gaps between existing (“as is”) and future (“to be”) operating models.
• Support the execution and validation of user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure all documentation is clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a business analyst for a minimum 5 years.
• Experience working in the investment fund industry particularly with alternative funds.
• English speaking mandatory – French and German considered an asset.
