🔍 About the Role

As a key member of the Operational Excellence team, you’ll lead high-impact Lean and Six Sigma programs and serve as a strategic partner to Business Unit leadership. Your mission: implement and sustain JJPS standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

• Act as OE Partner to develop business process standards (Standard Work, 6S, A3 Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
• Shape and lead change programs across the site using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Coach and mentor initiative leads and site teams on JJPS methodology.
• Embed a performance-driven culture through digital tools and engagement strategies.
• Act as the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for Lean programs within your BU.

🎓 Qualifications

Essential:

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

Desirable:

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact, cross-functional improvement projects
• Expertise with Lean tools and process mapping
