Infomedia is currently looking for an experienced and proactive Product Manager to join our Infodrive CX product team. This role is critical in shaping and delivering products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. You'll work across the full product lifecycle—from research and design through to go-to-market strategy, launch, and ongoing support—collaborating with stakeholders across the business and our external partners.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Infodrive CX
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify product opportunities and validate market demand
- Develop and present business cases to justify product investments and strategic initiatives
- Gather and document product requirements from internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners, industry bodies)
🎨 Product Design & Development
- Lead product concepting, simulation, modeling, and prototyping initiatives
- Develop detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents including technical diagrams, process flows, and UX/UI examples
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure clear translation of business needs into technical specifications
- Drive task prioritisation based on urgency, impact, revenue, and strategic alignment
🚀 Go-to-Market & Launch
- Develop and own go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases
- Define product positioning, messaging, pricing, and target audience
- Prepare and deliver product marketing materials and sales enablement content
- Host product handovers and knowledge-sharing sessions with Sales, Support, and Service Delivery teams
🔄 Delivery & Support
- Support end-to-end delivery including QA, UAT, release readiness, and day-one support
- Coordinate handover to Customer Service Centre (CSC) for ongoing support and hypercare
- Measure product success against KPIs such as on-time delivery, client satisfaction, revenue impact, and risk mitigation
- Prepare and present financial and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a product SME for assigned projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, QA, SDMs, CSC, Production Support) and external stakeholders (OEMs, NSCs, dealers, vendors)
- Host and facilitate meetings with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to align goals and ensure successful outcomes
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to adapt or reuse product components across projects
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone with a strong blend of technical insight, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build vision, tell compelling stories, and drive product impact
- Proven experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and identifying SOM/SAM opportunities
- Strong UX/UI sensibility with experience in user research, prototyping, and design thinking
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Excellent analytical skills – able to investigate, problem-solve, and present actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence, lead, and collaborate across levels
- Meticulous attention to detail – especially in documentation, handovers, and presentations
- Able to work autonomously and deliver outcomes within timelines
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with APIs, data transfer methods, and network protocols
- Understanding of data formats such as CSV, XML, JSON
- Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and charting
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and wireframing tools
- AWS knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Experience in the Automotive Retail industry is an advantage
