Junior Design Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visual content that enhances our brand presence and supports our consulting and training services.

Role location: *Remote*

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, presentations, promotional materials (including newsletters), and the website, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
• Presentation Support: Develop engaging presentations for both internal and external meetings.
• Video Support: Edit and refine video content to align with Tyde.AI's brand identity and enhance viewer engagement.
• Training Product Development: Oversee the design and visual coherence of training courses for clients, ensuring that all materials align with educational objectives and brand aesthetics.
• Market Analysis: Conduct analysis of competitors and industry trends to inform design strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as their Generative AI integrations. Proficiency in Generative AI tools is a requirement.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work.
