Entry-Level Scrum Master | H4 EAD, GC, USC | (Remote, W2 Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Entry-Level Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality work. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career switchers with strong communication skills and an interest in project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Assist Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization
• Help identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and delivery within Scrum teams

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• No prior programming knowledge required
• Open to candidates from both IT and non-IT backgrounds
• Prior internship or coordination experience is a plus
