Software Engineer

What The Role Is

You collaborate with users across the different services of the SAF to understand their needs and challenges, developing software solutions that address them. On this, you work in teams to design, develop, test and maintain software applications across the stack.

What You Will Be Working On

• Collaborate with users across all four services of the SAF to understand their unique needs and challenges and develop software solutions that address them
• Work effectively in a team that designs, develops, tests, and maintains useful software applications across the stack
• Uphold software engineering best practices
• Support your peers, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment where everyone can grow and make a difference
  
  
  

Challenge(s)

• Upholding software engineering best practices while staying current with latest digital developments
• Working with multiple stakeholders to develop digital tools that balance security, stability and performance needs
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence
• Strong foundation in software development and engineering practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
