Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Coordinator with a proven track record in multinational environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating IT projects, preferably within the Ports, Terminals, or Logistics domain. The candidate will be responsible for managing vendors, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones, and maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track progress of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate effectively with third-party vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to meet all project deliverables on time.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, progress reports, meeting minutes, and high-quality presentations for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest software tools, technologies, and project management techniques to recommend improvements and best practices.
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards such as ITIL, ITSM, CMMI, and internal organizational guidelines.
• Apply understanding of operational workflows in Ports, Terminals, or Logistics to support relevant IT initiatives.
• Identify project risks and issues early and propose mitigation strategies in collaboration with the project team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of IT standards and frameworks like ITIL, ITSM, CMMI.
• Hands-on experience in project coordination tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Domain expertise in Ports, Terminals, or Logistics is essential.
