About The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Central Delivery Office (CDO). This role is crucial in driving the execution of high-priority cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

Your Reponsibilites

• Report progress, escalate risks, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
• Drive the process of aligning OKRs in terms of process optimization, dependency resolution, capacity assessment, and detailed planning
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of selected high-impact OKR initiatives.
• Collaborate with OKR Owners to define objectives, key results, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee cross-functional alignment by coordinating with department leads and resolving dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, breakout sessions, and stakeholder meetings to align on goals, roles, and responsibilities.
• Supervise a small team of project managers, manage resource allocation, and provide mentorship to team members.
  
  

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a cross-functional or strategic environment.
• ideally holds a PMI or PRINCE2 certification.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives within tight deadlines and budgets.
• Expertise in OKR alignment, capacity planning, dependency management, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with OKRs or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary

The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 70.000,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
