  • Initial contract up until March 2026 with possibility of extension
  • Adelaide Based Position

This role will develop and implement change management for IT projects including the IT operating model program and organisational changes, helping teams work in new ways and project delivery of IT changes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Organisational Change Manager with 5+ years in IT projects, leading large scale organisational change management.
  • In-depth understanding and experience supporting transformational change, working alongside senior leaders.
  • In-depth understanding and experience designing and implementing change management plans that drive deep levels of engagement and sustained adoption.
  • Experience developing and executing effective enterprise-wide communication.
  • In-depth understanding and experience establishing new ways of working.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups and tailoring engagement activities to suit these groups.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant Change Management (e.g. Prosci), Agile & Human Centred Design qualifications/certifications.
