About the client:

Our client is building an innovative platform that's reimagining how personal coaching works in the digital age. The solution connects experts with their audience through AI-powered coaching programs that scale personalized guidance.

About the role:

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join the team and help build intelligent agentic systems powered by LLMs.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with AI/ML systems, especially LLMs.

- Hands-on experience building agentic systems beyond basic chatbots.

- Strong track record with production LLM use: multistep reasoning, autonomy, decision-making.

- Familiarity with major LLM providers, such as OpenAI and Anthropic, but preferably Google Gemini.

- Skills in prompt engineering, function calling, and structured outputs.

- Experience designing and implementing agent orchestration systems that coordinate multiple AI

workflows.

- Experience building dynamic, AI-generated UI components.

- Proficiency with SQL, ORMs (e.g., Drizzle), and vector databases.

- Understanding of AI memory/context management and agent orchestration.

Nice to have:

- Deep experience with Google Gemini API.

- Experience migrating across LLM providers.

- Understanding of knowledge graphs and experience building them.

- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript with in-depth understanding of the type system.

Responsibilities:

- Build AI systems for personalized coaching programs.

- Develop autonomous agents that monitor engagement and trigger interventions.

- Create AI-generated, adaptive user interfaces.

- Implement analytics to track user progress and coaching effectiveness.

- Collaborate with frontend and data teams to integrate AI logic.

- Optimize AI reliability and performance (Cloudflare environment).
