Atlassian Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects using Atlassian tools. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track issues, risks, dependencies, and milestones, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge bases in Confluence.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows, tools, and processes to boost efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks early on.
• Support a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within project teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technology or software development environment.
• Strong expertise with Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in coaching teams in Agile best practices.
• Exposure to DevOps practices or tools.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
