We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-impact team that designs and maintains critical systems supporting large-scale digital services. This role involves building resilient, cloud-agnostic infrastructure and internal platforms that empower engineering teams to deliver securely, efficiently, and at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to define infrastructure priorities and platform requirements.
• Design and implement scalable, cloud-agnostic platform solutions to support internal services.
• Build and maintain shared services and internal tools used across product teams.
• Take ownership of day-to-day infrastructure operations, including on-call support.
• Enhance platform security and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with developers to remove friction and streamline full-stack development workflows.
• Drive efficiency through automation, monitoring, and optimization of resources

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in Software / Platform Engineering
• Track record in building internal platforms or shared infrastructure services.
• Comfortable navigating both modern and legacy systems, including patching and system debugging.
• Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally across engineering and ops teams.
• Diligent in documenting systems and managing operational changes methodically.
• Mindset focused on improvement, scalability, and reliability.
• Willingness to participate in BAU tasks and rotational support.
• Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Pulumi, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and cloud design.
• Background in automation and CI/CD pipeline management
