Business Analyst - 1 year contract

A leading e-commerce organization is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support its Direct Fulfillment (Dropship) operations across the MENA region. This role involves working directly with vendors and carriers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, resolve logistics issues, and drive performance improvements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support vendors with day-to-day operational activities under the Direct Fulfillment model.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and carriers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Define, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Lead the onboarding and configuration of new carriers and streamline carrier-warehouse processes.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and on-site visits to vendors as needed.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and process optimization initiatives.
• Meet weekly productivity and quality targets.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Project Management Experience
• Strong Experience in Business Analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Experience in managing carrier or vendor relationships in a fulfillment environment.
