✅ Design and implement Zoho CRM automation to streamline customer interactions and lead management.

✅ Develop AI-powered marketing workflows to automate customer engagement and sales conversion.

✅ Optimize sales processes, order tracking, and product recommendations using Zoho SalesIQ and AI analytics.

✅ Automate social media campaigns and paid advertising through Zoho Social and AI-driven ad platforms.

✅ Utilize AI tools for chatbot automation, personalized outreach, and customer segmentation.

✅ Integrate Zoho CRM with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).

✅ Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and implement improvements based on AI-driven insights.

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise:

🎓 bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

💡 Proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho SalesIQ, and automation tools like Zapier & Make (Integromat).

🛒 Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).

🤖 Knowledge of AI-driven marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, AdCreative.ai, Jasper).

💻 Strong coding ability in Python, SQL, and API integrations for automation workflows.

📢 Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and conversion rate optimization.

🚀 Ability to build automated sales funnels, A/B testing strategies, and lead nurturing workflows.
