Job Title: Data Analyst (Power BI & SQL)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and SQL to support data-driven decision-making and deliver business insights to clients. The ideal candidate should have recent hands-on experience in Power BI projects and be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and sharing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets using SQL to extract, transform, and load data for reporting
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI
• Work directly with clients to understand data needs and share analytical insights
• Use DAX to create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs
• Support ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) or Azure Synapse
• Apply data modeling principles to ensure scalable and accurate reporting
• Manage report scheduling, sharing, and deployment via Power BI Services

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI (minimum 5+ years)
• Currently working on Power BI project.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and ability to present findings to clients
• Proficiency in DAX (mandatory)
• Exposure to ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF or Synapse
• Solid grasp of data modeling concepts
• Experience with Power BI Service features (scheduling, sharing, dashboarding)
