We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join one of our clients' teams.

This role will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping us define and deliver impactful initiatives.

You will engage with stakeholders across the organization, championing change and ensuring solutions are aligned with strategic objectives. If you're experienced in agile environments and DevOps practices, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into actionable initiatives.
Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and define clear, value-driven solutions.
Collaborate closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure business requirements are well understood and translated into effective technical solutions.
Advocate for and support organizational change by applying structured change management methodologies.
Contribute to agile practices using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or Extreme Programming to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
Work within a DevOps environment, supporting continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, while ensuring robust testing is embedded throughout the lifecycle.
Develop and maintain clear documentation including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and impact analyses.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring continuous alignment and effective communication.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Experience as a Business Analyst in trading, financial markets, or fintech.
Strong understanding of trading workflows, market data, and real-time systems.
Proficient in Agile/DevOps environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming).
Experience with DevOps frameworks and tools, with an emphasis on robust testing and CI/CD practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and drive consensus across diverse teams.
Skilled in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMI-ACP) or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
Experience working in software development or trading platforms.
Background in digital transformation or enterprise system implementation projects.
