UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer (Remote - Switzerland)

As our lead designer, you'll transform complex user needs into elegant digital solutions that adhere to Swiss precision standards while pushing creative boundaries.

Design Leadership

• Own end-to-end design process for [product name], from research to pixel-perfect execution

• Create Swiss-compliant accessibility designs (WCAG AA standard) with multilingual considerations

• Develop design systems that scale across German/French/Italian language variants

User-Centric Execution

• Conduct remote user testing with Swiss/European participants using Lookback.io or UserTesting

• Optimize conversion flows for culturally-specific behaviors (e.g. Swiss payment preferences)

• Partner with engineering to implement designs using Figma tokens and Storybook

Strategic Impact

• Advocate for UX best practices in quarterly product strategy sessions

• Analyze Heatmaps (Hotjar) and funnel metrics to drive design decisions

• Stay ahead of EU regulatory changes affecting digital products (GDPR, PSD2)

✓ 5+ years UI/UX experience with portfolio demonstrating:

• Swiss design aesthetics (clean typography, data visualization skills)
• Complex form optimization (e.g. insurance/ banking workflows)
• ✓ Expert proficiency in Figma + prototyping tools (ProtoPie/Principle)
• ✓ Fluent English + at least B2 level in German/French (certification preferred)
• ✓ Legal right to work remotely in Switzerland (visa type must be specified)
• ✓ Experience with:
• Swiss design systems (e.g. SBB/Credit Suisse patterns)
• Cross-cultural usability testing methodologies
