Data Analyst

Job Location: 100 % Remote (Canada)

Time Zone: PST

What You'll Do:

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Build stunning, executive-facing dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI that inform decisions at the highest levels, including the COO and executive leadership.
• Deliver high-impact insights that influence strategic business decisions, operational improvements, and future planning.
• Conduct root cause analysis to solve business challenges and present your findings in a clear, actionable way.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast business outcomes and provide recommendations based on predictive analytics.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting needs and help shape our BI tools and analytics strategy.
  
  
  

Must-Haves on Your Resume:

• Proven expertise (5+ years) in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI
• Ability to translate complex business questions into intuitive, executive-ready analytics dashboards
  
  
  

Preferred Background:

Education: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science

Certifications: Tableau or Power BI certifications are a strong plus
