Preferred Background:
You have previous of hands-on experience in UX/UI and brand/visual design – preferably in tech-savvy environments.
Hard Skills
- Skilled in tools like Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop 🛠
- Confident in working with and evolving design systems, layouts, grids, and typography 📐
- Comfortable creating assets and micro-interactions for web and mobile 🌀
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UI patterns across platforms 🔄
- You work in a structured and reliable way – you recognize what needs to be done, set clear priorities, and take initiative to move things forward 📌
- You actively listen and give feedback that is solution-focused 🗣️
- You think with others – co-creation isn’t a buzzword for you, it’s how you collaborate 💬
