The Global People Development team, part of the People & Culture department, is looking for our next Global People Development Coordinator to drive and support learning and development initiatives worldwide. With a solid pedagogical approach, you will be developing training material together with our subject matter experts across the business and facilitating learning initiatives. You’ll be coordinating and administrating learning projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth operations across stakeholders and business units.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Administrating the global LMS (Learning Management System) and other learning tools
- Initiating, developing and implementing learning initiatives
- Designing interactive e-learning and creating digital content such as videos
- Facilitate and coordinate training sessions and live events
- Supporting the business by reporting and analyzing learning data
- Driving innovation in our learning formats and approaches
- Contributing to People & Culture projects, providing support and advisory while maintaining overall quality from a global perspective
Your Competencies:
- Relevant professional or academic background in Human Relations, Education, Content Creation or similar fields
- Pedagogical skills and understanding, experience in delivering educational content to facilitate learning is an advantage but not required
- Excellent articulation and communication skills, both spoken and written English (company language)
- Advantageous if you have experience in people-facing roles
