Are you passionate about cybersecurity and Microsoft cloud technologies? We’re looking for a Microsoft Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture and protect critical financial systems and data. Join our IT security team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft security solutions across the enterprise.

What You Will Do:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft security solutions including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Identity, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, and Purview.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents
• Define and implement security policies using Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and compliance tools.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and application teams to enforce security standards and controls across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal security requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CIS).
• Continuously assess and improve the security posture using Microsoft Secure Score and threat intelligence insights.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead security projects and participate in internal and external audits.
  
  
  

What We Expect:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft security technologies and cloud security architecture.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Security Center / Defender for Cloud, SIEM, and Purview.
• Deep understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and identity protection mechanisms.
• Experience in incident detection, investigation, and response (IDIR) workflows in enterprise environments.
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, KQL) for automation and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in financial services is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400 are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
