About the role:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee website development projects, ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners, and enhance overall project execution. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

The Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will primarily focus on internal team coordination and delivery, with limited external communication (mostly with agency partners.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Manage and coordinate work between the development team and agency partners.
• Ensure the team follows processes and instructions effectively.
• Use Asana and Kanban methodologies to streamline workflows.
• Make basic content updates in WordPress or Shopify, such as updating copy, swapping images, or adjusting layouts using page builders like Elementor
• Navigate GitHub repositories to check out branches for user-level QA testing (no coding required)
• Maintain a strong awareness of project scope, proactively identify potential scope creep, communicate implications clearly, and help keep the team focused on project goals
• Identify and address project bottlenecks while implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital or web development agency
• Proven experience in managing teams and ensuring adherence to processes
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify, with the ability to make minor updates using page builders
• Comfortable using GitHub for basic QA tasks
• Experience working with Asana, Kanban, and other project management tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
