Web Experience Manager (CMS Migration Project)

About The Role

We are looking for a Web Experience Manager with strong experience in web content management and digital production to lead the CMS migration of MuleSoft.com from Drupal to Page Builder (WordPress-based). This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, requiring someone who can efficiently manage high-volume content transitions while ensuring consistency, quality, and user experience.

Your Mission

• Migrate and rebuild existing pages from Drupal to Page Builder (WordPress)
• Utilize content matrices to map and structure page transitions
• Ensure accurate page layout, visual consistency, and design alignment across the new platform
• Collaborate with UX/UI, content, design, and marketing teams to resolve blockers or content gaps
• Manage a large volume of pages while staying highly organized and on schedule
• Document progress and report updates to global stakeholders
• Communicate effectively in English during remote meetings and cross-functional syncs
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a PM, Design Ops, or Creative Producer in agencies, tech companies, or marketing teams.
• Proven experience working with Drupal and/or WordPress CMS platforms
• Minimum 3 years in digital production, content operations, or website maintenance
• Working knowledge of UX/UI principles to collaborate with design teams
• Experience with content mapping and structured documentation (e.g., spreadsheets, matrices)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
• Prior experience with large-scale website migrations
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience working in tech companies or high-content environments
