📅 Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 12 months
• Location: Hybrid, Toronto
• Pay Rate: $40–44.50/hour (T4) OR $45–49.50/hour (inc)

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead high-impact marketing initiatives, optimize marketing operations, and drive process excellence within a leading consumer-focused organization.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns from planning to execution and post-launch analysis.
• Project manage the implementation and optimization of marketing technology (CRM, automation platforms, DAM, etc.).
• Improve marketing processes, workflows, and governance for better efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, engineering, design, and data.
• Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Champion change management to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and processes.

✅ What You Bring:

• 8+ years of project or operations management experience.
• 5+ years in marketing teams (agency or in-house), with hands-on marketing campaign leadership.
• Solid understanding of the marketing funnel, digital channels, martech, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within large organizations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with financial services or tax preparation products/industries.
