Title: Artificial Intelligence Transformation Lead

Location: Remote in Switzerland (Must be based in Switzerland)

Our client is a global biotech company based in Switzerland that pride themselves on an exciting innovative environment that will ensure continuous company growth. They are currently looking for an Artificial Intelligence Transformation Lead to oversee technological innovations globally and translate the business requirements to multiple technical pathways. You will work across the business from drug discovery to commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional delivery with ~30 external AI/tech experts (e.g., Microsoft), ensuring successful project execution across multiple domains
• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and internal stakeholders, including BIS/IT, business users, and executives
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions using both GenAI and classical AI methodologies
• Shape AI strategy across departments including medical, commercial, and supply chain
• Drive stakeholder engagement, acting as a trusted business partner and advisor at all levels

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in AI/Machine Learning (ML), ideally in pharma or enterprise settings
• Background in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics
• Proven experience managing cross-functional delivery teams (without direct line responsibility)
• Strong understanding of both GenAI and traditional ML (beyond chatbot applications)
• Demonstrated ability to engage C-level stakeholders and deliver business-aligned AI solutions
