Role Summary

·      As a Delivery Project Manager working within the Intuity Digital Transformation team, you will play a key role in planning, implementing and supporting business applications that enhance customer experiences and streamline operations using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.

·      You will have strong project management skills with a solid understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects from initiation to closure.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.

·      Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocations.

·      Ensure adherence to Microsoft Power Platform best practices and governance standards.

·      Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates to leadership, and manage stakeholder expectations.

·      Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

·      Support user adoption, training, and change management efforts.

Skills

·      Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) in project management, preferably in digital transformation.

·      Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents.

·      Strong understanding of Agile and proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
