About The Role

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from procurement to post-implementation evaluation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, customized solutions that meet customer expectations. The role reports directly to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and is part of a team of 8 colleagues, including procurement specialists, technical experts, and project technicians. While the position does not involve formal management responsibilities, it offers potential for career advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from procurement to delivery, including execution, monitoring, and final evaluations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
• Technical Solution Development: Participate actively in solution design and implement custom technical projects tailored to customer needs.
• Quality Control and Budget Management: Organize client acceptance tests, review project milestones, and ensure costs remain within budget.
• After-Sales Support: Address customer inquiries and provide ongoing technical assistance post-implementation.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Completed training as a Polymechanic or similar technical qualification.
• Project Management Expertise: Additional certifications or education in project management are advantageous.
• Industry Experience: Experience in machining or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in German and French , with basic English proficiency.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities and decision-making skills, even under pressure.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel within Switzerland (10-20%) and a valid Category B driver’s license.
• Work Permit: Open to candidates requiring administrative support for work or residence permits.
