Description
- Possesses hands-on architectural and configuration experience with governance, risk, and compliance programs.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of access control, including role-based access and permissions.
- Identifies data sources outside of governance solutions and designs integration approaches for data sharing.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develops and maintains applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
- Provides technical guidance and support to junior developers and end-users.
- Participates in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Design and implement solutions for governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Customize and configure modules to meet business requirements.
- Implement integrations between systems and applications.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- 3 years of experience as a developer.
- Strong proficiency in governance, risk, and compliance modules.
- Experience with implementing governance technology.
- Experience with scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the BFSI sector (preferred but not mandatory).
