Job Title: Field Support Engineer – Toner/IR Knowledge PreferredLocation: New Ulm, MN 56073 (Minnesota, USA)Duration: 3 Days (June 9th to June 11th, inclusive)Start Date: June 9, 2025Type: Onsite SupportJob Description:We are urgently seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to assist our lead engineer onsite for a short-term engagement in New Ulm, MN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using a toner tool, with a preference for individuals familiar with Infrared (IR) technology for cable tracing and identification.Responsibilities:Assist lead engineer with onsite tasks related to cable identification and testingUse toner tools to trace and verify cable runsSupport general IT or low-voltage cabling tasks as directedEnsure work is conducted safely and efficiently within the scheduled timelineRequirements:Proven experience using toner tools for cable tracingBasic understanding of IR-based tracing (preferred)Ability to follow instructions and work collaborativelyMust be punctual and reliable for all three daysMust be able to work onsite at New Ulm, MN from June 9–11, 2025
