We’re looking for a Bilingual People Experience Specialist to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for our technology consultants from day one! 🚀 Your role will focus on onboarding, relationship management, and keeping consultants engaged and happy throughout their journey with us. 🌈

Your Key Responsibilities 🗂

✅ Onboarding Coordination

• Deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience 🌟
• Set up consultants in our internal systems 💻 (Slack, Google Drive, etc.)
• Lead onboarding sessions to set them up for success 🎯

✅ Timesheet & Invoice Management

• Monitor and ensure timely submissions 📅
• Guide consultants on submission processes 🧾

✅ Ongoing Communication

• Be the go-to person for all consultant needs and updates 📢
• Share important company updates 🚨

✅ Consultant Relationship Management

• Build strong, positive relationships 🤝
• Regularly check in, gather feedback, and resolve any challenges 🛠

✅ Documentation & Reporting

• Keep records of onboarding, timesheets, and communications 📊

✅ Continuous Improvement

• Partner with HR and operations teams to enhance processes 🔄

What You Bring to the Table 🧠

• Experience: 2+ years in onboarding, HR, operations, or customer service 🌟
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal. (C1)
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 📝
• Stellar communication and relationship-building skills 💬
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms 💻
• Education: A degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred but not required 🎓
