We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior PMO to join our Client team (Cybersecurity Infosec). In this role, you will play a key part in supporting Project Managers and ensuring that cybersecurity initiatives are accurately tracked, documented, and executed in line with governance standards. You will work across internal teams, maintain project portfolio data, and help ensure process consistency and tool adoption across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in maintaining up-to-date project records in portfolio management tools (e.g., iPPM).
  • Monitor project data quality, identify deficiencies, and follow up with responsible PMs to ensure resolution.
  • Conduct quarterly data integrity reviews and drive consistency in project documentation and tracking.
  • Track and report on budgets and milestone progress for cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal meetings/workshops and facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Mentor and onboard new Project Managers, introducing them to methodologies, templates, and tools.
  • Organize training sessions based on commonly identified challenges and pain points.
  • Manage access requests for project tools and ensure users have the necessary resources.
  • Act as an administrative PM for select low-priority or inactive project records as needed.
  • Support compliance with internal governance standards and cybersecurity best practices.


Your Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or IT project support roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and cybersecurity environments is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across various teams and support stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter with a structured approach and a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
