Role Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to derive actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
• Utilize statistical methods to solve business problems.
• Create data visualizations to present findings effectively.
• Support the implementation of data management strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
• Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Present analytical results to executives and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in training team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to data analytics.
• Compile reports that summarize business performance using data.
• Contribute to data governance practices in the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to manipulate complex databases.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data findings.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python is a plus.
• Previous experience in business intelligence or data analytics projects.
