The Product Manager – OTT Channels is responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling OTT Channels that enhance customer engagement, efficiency, and marketing performance. This is a new and unique role, meaning you will have the opportunity to shape its direction and influence how OTT Channels is leveraged within the company. You should have experience in developing strategies and providing recommendations to leadership on how to best implement and evolve OTT Channels.
This role requires expertise in product management, messaging channels, and customer engagement technologies to drive innovation and business impact. As part of a global team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align product development with strategic objectives.

The Product Manager – OTT Channels is responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling OTT Channels that enhance customer engagement, efficiency, and marketing performance. You should have experience in developing strategies and providing recommendations to leadership on how to best implement and evolve OTT Channels.

Key Responsabilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the OTT Channels product, focusing on creating value for customers and improving marketing processes.
- Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, developing product roadmaps, and collaborating with development teams to implement new features.
- Analytics & Optimization: Use data and insights to continuously improve existing features and develop new solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product goals and ensure successful delivery.
- Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, understanding their needs and pain points, and using this knowledge to shape product features and enhancements.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.
- 3-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in OTT channels, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms.
- Strong knowledge of OTT channels tools, CRM systems, and API-driven solutions.
- Experience in a global environment, working across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to drive strategic discussions and shape the role based on business needs.
- Proven experience in product management, ideally with a focus on OTT channels tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, automation workflows, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with audience measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience working with recommendation engines or personalization algorithms
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and delivering solutions that drive business success.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both strategic and hands-on execution, with a strong technical understanding of OTT solutions.
- You are analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in working across multiple regions and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment
- You thrive in balancing high-level strategic goals with hands-on execution to ensure that OTT solutions deliver measurable business impact.
- Has the ability to drive strategic discussions and provide insights to leadership will be essential to ensuring the success of this function within the company
