What You’ll Do:

As an EUC Support Engineer, you will work hands-on with end-user computing support, helping clients troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborating with IT, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for a problem-solver passionate about technology and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level support for desktop systems, printers, and operating systems.
• Assist users with hardware and software queries.
• Collaborate with IT Services, Data Center, and Network Infrastructure teams.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to swiftly resolve issues.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Remote Desktop and Apple Remote Desktop.
• Perform virus and spyware removal and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• Bilingual in Dutch and English.
• Expertise in troubleshooting Windows and OS-X.
• Skilled with remote support tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
