Duration: 14 month overall project (shorter initial contracts of 3-6 months- rolling extensions)

About the Role:

The Cybersecurity Project Manager leads the implementation of the O-wide cybersecurity strategy. He/she is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring initiatives to strengthen security posture, building on the Cs Cyber Fundamentals framework and with the goal of NIS2 certification.

Reporting directly to the manager of the Transversal Support department in the IT department, he/she acts as the conductor of the cybersecurity program, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic priorities, the coherence of technical projects, and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a hybrid profile: both structuring and operational, capable of formalising a roadmap, piloting cross-cutting actions, but also producing the expected concrete deliverables, in particular a reference document aligning the NIS2 requirements with the measures already implemented (security cadastre).

Mission Objective:

Nis2 certification preparation:

• Objective, planning and approach to be defined.

1. Define and manage the cybersecurity roadmap:

• Identify security priorities.
• Develop multi-year action plans.

1. Coordinate security projects:

• Supervise the implementation of technical solutions carried out by the operational project teams.
• Ensure consistency between different projects and their integration into the IT ecosystem.

1. Manage risk and compliance:

• Conducting risk analyses
• Follow regulatory requirements (NIS1, GDPR, etc.)
