What you’ll do:

  • Attract new clients - big and medium enterprises in Ukraine.
  • Provide lead generation and client acquisition through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and lists of target companies.
  • Conduct sales discovery calls with prospects, including C-suite executives/directors, to find out their challenges and present relevant solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product demos to showcase the value of our offerings to customers.
  • Conduct cross-sales & up-sales.
  • Prepare commercial proposals that meet client needs.
  • Build trust with stakeholders and solve clients' key issues.
  • Monitor chatbot implementation projects.
  • Advise on the content, structure, and design of sales-related materials.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.


What we expect:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience in IT sales (CRM, ERP, HRM, IT security, chatbots, e-doc systems).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Ukrainian.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Initiative-taking and purposeful mindset, empathy, and customer orientation.
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.
