Transformation Program Manager

We’re working with a global consulting firm on a high-impact core banking transformation for a major retail bank in the Middle East.

You’ll lead the data migration workstream, ensuring the successful transition from legacy systems to a new core banking platform. The role involves managing vendor delivery, identifying risks, and ensuring programme integrity across multiple stakeholders.

You will have:

• 8+ years experience in a strategic Programme Manager role with strong delivery and stakeholder management skills
• Some experience in retail banking or regulated industries is preferred
• Solid understanding of data migration (not necessarily technical)
• Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments
• Prior Middle East experience is a plus, but not essential

Details:

• Location: Middle East (between Dubai and Qatar) with travel flexibility
• Day rate: £1,000-£1,200 dependent on experience
• Duration: 6-12 months
