Data Analyst (Mid-Senior)

PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio that focuses on developing and marketing its own apps that are used and loved by millions of people around the world. Our products collectively reach more than a half-million new users every month in the US market alone. We are a hybrid startup with offices in San Francisco, Istanbul and Ankara.

We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories, our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience.

We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for exceptional Data Analyst (Mid-Senior) who will help us shape the future of mobile.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of work experience as a full-stack data analyst (define problem, find/shape data, complete data analysis, summarize findings, provide recommendations)
• Hands-on experience with User Acquisition analytics (LTV/CAC/ROI, campaigns optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Looker
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python
• Experience with product analytics (funnel analysis, A/B testing, aha-moments, user retention analysis)

Your responsibilities will be:

• Monitor and improve data flows, develop biz reports:
• work together with the development team to ensure a healthy data flow
• develop and maintain marketing dashboards, make sure figures are correct and up-to-date 
• Collaborate with the marketing team: 
• analyze UA campaigns to improve ROI
• implement LTV/MMM models to assess UA campaign performance quickly 
• analyze and optimize UA funnels (landings, signup funnels)
• Collaborate with the product team: 
• maintain and develop an event tracking plan
• build funnels (Amplitude), analyze drop-offs, and provide recommendations
• design and launch A/B tests, interpret results, and provide recommendations
• build proxy metrics, help to improve user engagement and retention per product
