About The Company

Our client is an innovative SaaS startup focused on helping businesses optimize their pricing strategies through live price testing. Their platform allows companies to easily run pricing experiments on their websites without the need for complex engineering work, helping them find the right price points that drive growth and maximize revenue.

About The Position

We’re seeking a Customer Support Manager (CSM) to work closely with our clients’ high-value customers, manage their pricing experiments, and provide hands-on support throughout their journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical know-how with client communication and wants to work directly with an exciting, growing SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Pricing Experiments:
    • Set up new price experiments for clients inside the platform.
    • Monitor performance and ensure experiments are running smoothly.
    • Share insights and updates with clients, backed by data and screenshots.
  • Client Communication:
    • Host check-in calls with higher-ticket clients on a weekly basis
    • Provide regular updates and respond to client questions.
    • Build strong, supportive relationships focused on client success.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
    • Guide new clients through technical setup, including adding code to their React.js / Next.js codebases.
    • Offer troubleshooting support and ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Support or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS.
  • Technical understanding of React.js and Next.js environments (no heavy coding, but able to guide developers).
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) — clear, professional, and confident communication is a must.
  • Strong communication skills — clear, proactive, and client-focused.
