Middle Product Manager (Bots)

About the project:

The iGaming Bot is an innovative application designed to operate inside Telegram, the world’s only major messaging platform with over 1 billion users.

This bot serves as an additional channel to the existing ecosystem - supporting and enhancing website and mobile application - by allowing players to access key functionalities directly within Telegram.

The goal of this product is to provide our B2B partners and their players with a fast, mobile-friendly, and alternative channel to websites and native apps.

Telegram bots offer a seamless user experience through a familiar messaging interface and do not require approval from the App Store or Google Play.

Main challenges:

• development of marketing bots that will affect retention and engagement
• increase the number of B2B partners with bots
• constant and coordinated work with a team of 8 specialists (engineers and designer) and a Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

B2B Product Planning

• Define features that create value specifically for B2B partners.
• Build a product roadmap with a focus on B2B market needs (localization, customizable UI/UX).

B2B Documentation & Onboarding

• Create documentation for partners: product brief, launch guides, instructions.
• Develop presentations and feature overviews for the sales or account management teams.

Partner Collaboration

• Collect, formalize, and prioritize requirements from B2B clients.
• Conduct product demos for potential partners.
• Oversee the integration process from onboarding to launch (in collaboration with the tech team or account managers).

Backlog Management & Team Collaboration

• Maintain a backlog focused on B2B-specific features (roles, reports, validations, configuration settings).
• Write clear user stories and specs for backend (Python) and frontend (React) tasks.
• Coordinate with developers and QA teams on planned releases for multiple partners.

Monitoring & B2B Product Metrics

• Track B2B performance indicators: number of active partners, DAU, MAU, ARPU etc.
• Collect and analyze feedback from partners, support and account managers to identify pain points.
• Prepare and provide billing information.

Feature Delivery

• Constantly be informed about competitors, prepare features that will allow partners to be competitive.
• Implement marketing bots to increase user retention, retention and increase users in the bot and other metrics.

Data & Metrics Tracking

• Monitoring product metrics, identifying weaknesses in the product and forming hypotheses and proposals for improvement.

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management;
• 2+ years experience in working with the Telegram API;
• Knowledge of the main trends and technologies in the field of Telegram bots, Whatsapp bots etc.;
• Analytical thinking, ability to analyze the market and competitors, to find non-standard solutions of tasks;
• Prioritization of tasks, ability to set up working processes, to arrange and to supervise teams’ work;
• Experience with UX/UI+Product Design;
• Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent understanding of B2B and mobile applications;
• English language, Upper intermediate level (B2) preferably;
• Successful experience in launching new products and features from scratch and successfully managing existing products.

Nice to have:

• Experience in gaming, B2B, Saas, igaming domain.
