CRO Specialist

The Marketing department aims to encourage the world to be as enthusiastic about our products as we are. We have more than twenty different teams with specific areas of focus. You will join the Apps team, one of our sharp, highly skilled, and data-driven groups focused on customer acquisition and monetization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the entire apps A/B testing/experimentation process, including documentation, through collaboration with a cross-functional team
• Execute and oversee the technical launch, stop or changes of A/B tests/experiments
• Track the performance of experiments, find actionable insights and react to identified problems and opportunities
• Manage researches and projects related to the experimentation
• With help of data analysts, perform data analysis of A/B tests/experiments: explain the WHY behind the data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Actively participate in planning, reviews, and prioritization of A/B tests/experimentation roadmap
  
  
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience in A/B testing/experimentation
• Knowledge of statistics related to A/B testing: sample sizes, statistical significance, marketing funnels
• Understanding of user psychology, and UX/usability principles
• An ability to rapidly shift and adapt to different tasks that vary between experimentation, hands-on projects and project management
• Familiar with development processes
• Experience in working with apps experimentation would be a strong advantage
• Data-driven decision making
• Strong communication (both verbal and written)
• A rigorous approach to problem-solving
• Attention to detail and drive for perfection
• Productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and self-managing
• Risk management

Salary Range
