Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with proven experience in managing large-scale application migration projects and delivering complex application-driven initiatives within the insurance industry. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the timely and budget-conscious delivery of mission-critical IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end application migration projects (on-prem to cloud, legacy system modernization, vendor transitions, etc.).
• Oversee full project lifecycle for application implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives.
• Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals and technical strategies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and monitor resource allocation.
• Facilitate risk management and implement mitigation strategies for critical IT initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy standards specific to the insurance sector.
• Drive Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies, depending on project requirements.
• Support change management, user training, and operational transition planning for successful project adoption.
