Senior Full Stack Developer – End-to-End Application Development

Are you ready to design secure, high-impact digital applications in a complex and confidential environment? As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from concept to deployment — for custom-made solutions used in a highly structured public-sector context. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across various hierarchical levels to translate operational needs into effective and secure digital tools. Your focus will be on building modern, user-friendly, and reliable applications that meet strict quality and data protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements
• Design and develop applications in line with established architecture and standards
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance application usability, performance, and modernity
• Participate in development and change management planning aligned with technical and organizational priorities
• Define and execute test procedures across different environments (within a DevOps track)
• Draft and maintain technical and user documentation
• Oversee the deployment of new and updated solutions
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for logging, monitoring, and system continuity
• Translate operational needs into case management system (CMS) implementations
• Apply best practices for security, privacy, and data protection throughout all developments
  
  
  

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a confirmed and autonomous Full Stack Developer with:

• Solid experience with Laravel framework for both front-end and back-end development
• Proficiency in PHP with Vue.js or React
• Good command of Python
• Strong understanding and practical use of APIs and related standards
• Very good knowledge of SQL and familiarity with NoSQL technologies (document DBs, graph DBs, vector DBs, etc.)
• Experience with CMS and translating requirements into effective implementations
• Familiarity with DevOps environments, including test procedures and version control
• Experience implementing security, privacy, and compliance features in software development
