What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade NAS (Network-Attached Storage) solutions
• Writing clean, scalable, and high-performance Golang code
• Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to develop practical storage solutions
• Creating well-documented APIs that integrate seamlessly with infrastructure systems
• Troubleshooting, optimising, and enhancing storage performance and reliability
• Participating in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and mentoring junior engineers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Golang development experience
• Background in enterprise storage or NAS systems
• Solid understanding of file systems, storage protocols, RAID, SSDs, and SAN
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals relevant to storage infrastructure
• Experience building scalable, production-ready systems
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills

Bonus If You Have

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience working in globally distributed teams
• A passion for building reliable systems that scale
