Head of Growth – Capital Markets & Institutional Strategy

A layer one blockchain is looking for a Head of Growth to lead expansion into capital markets and traditional finance (tradfi). This role is about unlocking the next phase of institutional adoption partnering with asset managers, financial institutions, and asset issuers, and laying the groundwork for key initiatives like a future ETF. What you’ll accomplish:

🚀 Bridge Blockchain and Capital Markets:

• Lead strategy to bring Real World Assets (RWA) on-chain by building partnerships with asset issuers, structured product platforms, and financial institutions.
• Build the institutional roadmap including custody partnerships, tokenized assets, and ETF readiness.
• Identify and close high-impact partnerships that unlock institutional adoption and tradfi participation.

🤝 Develop & Deepen Institutional Relationships:

• Cultivate strategic relationships with asset managers, investment banks, market makers, and capital allocators.
• Represent the organization at capital markets conferences, investor summits, and private financial events.
• Use your background in investment banking, asset management, private equity, or fintech to grow a trusted institutional presence.

📈 Architect Growth for Financial Products & Infrastructure:

• Own go-to-market for capital market-facing initiatives and real-world asset integrations.
• Build strategic frameworks to align blockchain technology with institutional-grade use cases and regulatory standards.
• Craft investment narratives and financial models that resonate across both crypto-native and tradfi investor bases.
